Paprika Baked Cod
I love this Smoked Paprika Cod. It’s almost impossible to mess up, cooks quickly and tastes great.
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
2 Cod Fillets
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
2 Teaspoon Garlic Granules
1 Red Onion
Half a Lemon
Fresh Thyme
Pinch of Salt
METHOD
Thinly slice the red onion. Lay half of it in the middle of a piece of foil. Add a sprinkle of fresh thyme on top of the onion.
Thinly slice half a lemon, add three slices on top of the thyme.
Place your cod fillet on top of the lemon. Sprinkle a pinch of salt, half a teaspoon of garlic granules and half a teaspoon of smoked paprika onto the cod.
Wrap the foil up around the cod. Repeat with the second fillet
Put in an oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
Unwrap the tin foil and serve hot.
