Double Chocolate Chip and Cranberry Cookies

These Double Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies are rich, fudgy and delicious! The perfect treat to eat by yourself or share with your loved ones!
INGREDIENTS
150g Butter
250g Dark Brown Sugar
1 Egg
180g Plain Flour
50g Cocoa Powder
60g Dark Chocolate Chips
60g Cranberries
METHOD
Preheat your oven to 170°C.
Place the plain flour, cocoa powder, butter, egg and sugar into a large mixing bowl. Beat together until it forms a dough.
Add the dark chocolate chunks and cranberries into the bowl, mix them into the dough.
Take approximately a tablespoon of the mixture, roll into a ball and place onto a pre lined baking sheet.
Press down on each ball slightly. Then place the baking sheet into the oven for approximately 10 minutes.
Take the cookies out of the oven and leave them on the tray to cool slightly, before transferring to a cooling rack.
