Cointreau Truffles
Tonight’s sweet treat are Cointreau Truffles,you could keep to yourself or makes a great present idea if you need one. Creamy, dark chocolate spiked with Cointreau. They are sooo good!
INGREDIENTS
250g Dark Chocolate
50ml Cointreau
125g Butter
125ml Cream
Cocoa Powder
METHOD
Melt the butter and chocolate over a baine marie.
Once combined, encorporate the cointreau and cream and allow to cool to temperature before cooling in the fridge.
Once set use a melon baller or roll into balls with your hands and toss into the cocoa powder.
Leave in the fridge until you want to eat them!
