Citrus Freezer

I love anything citrus flavoured and this Citrus Freezer does not disappoint. The Limoncello and Cointreau mixed together with the crushed ice reminds me of an alcoholic version of my favourite citrus slushy I had in summers as a child. I would recommend trying it on the next hot summers day.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cup Limoncello

1/2 Cup Cointreau

1/2 Cup Soda Water

3 Cups Ice

METHOD

Place the ice in the bottom of your blender.

Pour over your Limoncello, Cointreau and Soda Water.

Blend together until the mixture is slushy and there are no large ice chuncks.

Pour into two large glasses and serve immediately.
