Aperol Spritz

The sun is back out this evening! There’s no better way to celebrate that than sitting in the garden with a glass of Aperol Spritz.

INGREDIENTS

Prosecco

Aperol

Soda Water

Ice

METHOD

Add your ice to a jug.

Fill half the jug up with prosecco.

Pour over your Aperol so the jug is 3/4 full.

Top the rest of the jug up with soda water.

Stir together and enjoy!
