My Hydration-Focused Ski Skincare Routine
Skiing is incredible, but one thing that always catches me out is how drying the altitude and cold air can be on my skin. Between the icy winds, indoor heating, and constant temperature changes, my skin needs all the hydration and nourishment it can get. That’s why I packed a hydration-focused skincare routine for this trip—keeping my skin protected, plump, and glowing throughout the week!
What’s in My Ski Skincare Bag?
1. Smoothing Cleanser
After a full day on the slopes, this is my go-to first step. It melts away SPF, sweat, and any dirt or build-up, while keeping my skin soft and hydrated—no tightness here!
2. Morning Mist
This refreshing mist is a hydration boost in a bottle. I use it as a toner after cleansing to stop my skin from feeling dry or tight in the cold air.
3. Rainforest Dew Serum
An absolute must at high altitudes! Packed with hyaluronic acid, this serum pulls moisture into the skin and locks it in, keeping my face plump and dewy—even in freezing conditions.
4. Skin Feast Moisturiser
Hydration is all about layering, and this is the perfect final step. Rich in ceramides and plant extracts, it deeply nourishes and strengthens the skin barrier, preventing moisture loss.
5. Super Greens Oil
This is my secret weapon for winter skincare! Packed with antioxidants and skin-loving omegas, it helps calm, nourish, and strengthen against the harsh elements. I use it at night for an extra hydration boost.
6. Sun Day SPF 50
Even on the slopes, SPF is non-negotiable. Snow reflects up to 80% of UV rays, meaning your skin is more exposed than you think. This broad-spectrum SPF keeps my skin protected without feeling greasy.
7. Lip Fudge (Rosewood)
My lips always take the brunt of the cold, so I keep this nourishing lip balm on hand at all times. It’s packed with butters and oils to keep lips soft and smooth, with a beautiful tint for a natural, healthy look.
Ski Skincare Tips

Skiing doesn’t have to leave your skin feeling dry and tight—with the right products, you can keep it hydrated, nourished, and glowing all week long!
