Spiced Chickpeas

I love making these Spiced Chickpeas to snack on through the day. They are super simple to make with minimal ingredients that can usually be found in your pantry.

INGREDIENTS

1 Tin Chickpeas

1 Tablespoon Cumin

1 Tablespoon Paprika

1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt

1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Vegetable Oil

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 220°C.

Drain the tin of chickpeas and spread the out on a baking tray.

Add the spices and a drizzle of vegetable oil.

Toss everything together so the chickpeas are well coated.

Put in the oven for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Take out and eat warm or cool. I tend to put them in a plastic tub to keep them fresh.
