Loaded Nachos

I love getting to cuddle up with my husband and my dog to have a movie night. These Loaded Nachos provide the perfect sharing meal as a main dish with your other half or as a side dish at a party.

INGREDIENTS

1 and a 1/2 Bags of Tortilla Chips

1/2 Jar of Tomato Pasta Sauce

1/2 Bowl of Leftover Shredded Meat or Cooked Vegetables

1 Pepper

Grated Cheese

1 Large Tablespoon Smoked Paprika

1 Large Tablespoon Garlic Granules

METHOD

Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Pour half your tortilla chips in a layer along the bottom of a baking pan.

Sprinkle over your Smoked Paprika and Garlic Granules.

Add a layer of grated cheese.

In a small mixing bowl combine your tomato sauce and your leftover pulled meat or vegetables. Pop in the microwave for a few minutes to warm the meat or vegetables through.

Spread the tomato mixture over the tortilla chips.

Slice your pepper and layer over he ingredients in the pan.

Add the rest of your tortilla chips and another layer of grated cheese.

Put in the oven until the cheese melts and browns slightly.

Serve hot, my husband like this with guacamole and sour cream, while I like it with garlic mayonnaise.
