Cinnamon Sugared Donuts

If you’re craving something sweet this evening I have the treat for you. These Cinnamon Sugared Donuts are amazing! Baked cinnamon spiced donuts rolled in cinnamon sugar, perfect with a cup of coffee on an autumn day!

INGREDIENTS

For the Donuts:

1 Large Egg

100g Almond Milk

70g Butter

100g Plain Flour

80g Sugar

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

For the Cinnamon Sugar:

65g Sugar

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

METHOD

Preheat your oven to 220°C.

Place all your ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix together until smooth.

Grease your donut tin with dome butter or cooking spray.

Fill the tray up halfway and bake for approximately 12 to 15 minutes.

Meanwhile mix your cinnamon sugar ingredients in a medium bowl.

Take the tray out of the oven loosen the donuts from the tray with a knife and top the donuts into the cinnamon sugar bowl.

Toss the donuts through the sugar and place on a baking rack.
